Rules before beauty

We calculate what the land allows before we draw any shape. A beautiful design that gets rejected at the city is not a good design.

The site speaks first

Every project begins by reading its site: sun, wind, neighbours, noise, the character of the area. The land tells us the right design.

We prove a building lives well

Neat drawings can hide a bad plan. So we test how a family moves through a home — and redraw until every room lives well.

We document everything

Every project produces a checked digital model, drawings a builder can build, and a clear file for the city. No surprises.

The founder

Turki Ashrah

A Saudi architect and the founder of studio 10. His name carries the idea: "Ashrah" means ten — the 1 and the 0, mass and void, the basis of every design in the studio.

He leads 10 on every project from first idea to permit, combining contemporary Saudi architecture with smart tools to make decisions based on knowledge, not guesswork.
